It reinterprets the archetypal message of love found in traditional folklore and its visual beauty through a contemporary lens. Set against the backdrop of an unchanging, ancient tale of beautiful love caught in the whirlpool of fate, the story unfolds like an Eastern painting—alive with light and shade and negative space. Incorporating elements of Korean traditional music such as jeongga and pansori, the music amplifies the unique identity of the work, guiding audiences into a world that feels both familiar and refr eshingly new.
