Description
To mark the 80th anniversary of Korea’s Liberation, the National Theater of Korea presents Harmony, a commemorative concert uniting Korean and Western orchestras on one stage. In Part 1, the National Orchestra of Korea performs Arirang Fantasy, Jukhyang (a daegeum concerto), and One Song: Aegukga, capturing Korean sound and historical memory in rich tones. Part 2 features the Korean National Symphony Orchestra and the Korean National Concert Orchestra with Dvořák’s Symphony No. 9 “From the New World”, offering comfort and reflection. From Arirang to the New World, this powerful meeting of music promises a true resonance of harmony.
