Description
Returning to the stage after its acclaimed 2024 premiere, <Book of the Dead> by the National Dance Company of Korea is a powerful reflection on the 49-day journey of the soul after death. Inspired by the Tibetan Bardo Thodol, the work explores the liminal space between life and death through intellectually charged, emotionally resonant choreography. With gestures of grief, longing, and final farewell, the piece traverses tradition and modernity, ultimately asking: When your journey ends, how will you have lived?
