Encounter of Five Female Singers and Eight Male Dancers: The Serendipitous Intersection that is Created Therein

This stage, which diversely reinterprets the Gyeonggi folk song Changbu Taryeong, unfolds in four distinct phases. In the moment when sound and gesture unexpectedly meet, an "encounter" occurs, and this meeting flows into one another, expanding into "penetration." Following this, silence and resonance intertwine, creating a balance amidst tension, leading to "duality." Finally, all the flows return to the starting point, completing the cycle in "returning." The melodies, which had once rippled in different waves, return to a single melody, continuously generating endless points of contact. This organic flow traces an infinite orbit that reveals the coexistence of sound and silence, and sound and dance ultimately merge into a dynamic and harmonious celebration.
