Payment method

Payments may be made via credit card or virtual bank account (NTOK points may be used only for performances planned by the National Theater of Korea). You must purchase your tickets (online or mobile) by 17:00 the day before the performance or, for tickets purchased after this deadline, please contact the call center at +82-2-2280-4114.

Picking method

Picking up tickets
Starting one hour before the performance begins, tickets can be picked up at the ticket offices of each performing hall (Haeoreum, Daloreum, Byeoloreum and Haneul Theater). As ticket offices become crowded before performances begin, please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to pick up admission tickets.
You can quickly collect the ticket on the day of the performance by presenting the cell phone number of the person who made the reservation or the ticket purchase receipt (reservation number). Performance invitations and admission tickets won by events can be collected after verification at the ticket office.
Note
When receiving the ticket, evidence that can prove discounts (personal ID, student card, welfare card, certificate for men of national merit, multiple children card, artist pass, performance ticket for organizations participating in cultural relay, etc.) must be presented at the ticket office. If such evidence cannot be provided at the ticket office, the cost difference as much as the discount must be paid. After 17:00 on the day prior to the performance, tickets cannot be canceled or changed.

How to receive a refund for or change tickets

When purchased online or via mobile
Tickets may be refunded or changed on the website or mobile app or by contacting the call center at +82-2-2280-4114.
When purchased via phone
Tickets may be refunded or changed by contacting the call center at +82-2-2280-4114. If you have a ticket purchased in advance, canceling or changing the ticket is possible only by visiting the customer service center at the National Theater of Korea and returning the actual ticket.

Ticket refund and change info for each payment option

  • Refunds or changes to tickets can be done only by payment option selected during the purchase.
    • - If purchased via credit card ▶ Card refund possible
    • - If purchased via virtual bank account ▶ Refund possible to the bank account designated by customer within 14 days of the refund date (If purchased via virtual bank account, a cancellation fee is charged depending on the date of performance and, if a cancellation fee is to be charged, the amount excluding the cancellation fee and the transfer fee of 500 KRW will be refunded)
  • For gift tickets, a refund is possible only through the payment option selected at the time of purchase, so please note that a gift ticket purchased by a credit card will not be refunded as cash.

Note

For tickets other than National Theater of Korea NTOK tickets purchased through booking locations and a performing art company, please contact the company or organization for ticket refund and change procedures. Invitation tickets may not be refunded or changed. Since performance tickets are marketable securities, they may not be refunded or changed if lost, so please be careful not to lose your ticket.

Ticket discount information

After making a discounted purchase, bring the proof of discount and present it when picking up the ticket at the ticket office. (If such evidence cannot be provided at the ticket office, the cost difference as much as the discount must be paid.) Discount rates vary depending on the organizations with jurisdiction.
