Please fill out the booking form and return it to the box office either by fax or email.

The booking confirmation shall be made within 3 days after your booking form arrives. Please make sure to write down your phone number and email address in the form.

Cancellation should be made until one day before the performance and 10% of the payment will be deducted as a cancellation charge.
Please note that cancellation is only possible with credit card issued in Korea and bank transfer for refund is only available between local bank accounts.

You can receive your tickets at the Ticket Exchange Box of each concert Hall from one hour before the show.
Please note that you should show your ID Card to pick up your tickets.
If you want any other arrangement on the ticket receving, please contact the Customer service center.

Please note that The National Theater of Korea is open between 9.00am and 6.00pm (Monday to Friday), Closed on Weekends and Holidays.
